Good morning, List: I just learned yesterday that my mother and her first cousin were probably in the DuQuoin Orphanage somewhere between 1920 and 1926. I wonder if any of you have knowledge of that facility and could tell me how I might obtain information in hopes of verifying the whereabouts of my mother and her cousin at this time. As I understand it, they were neither adopted; but later went to live with other family members (or possibly close friends of the families). I would greatly appreciate any help you can give!
