Hi, Thanks for offering. Her name is Kathryn Louise Purtle (maiden name Burhans). She died 3/2/1991. I'm not 100% sure she died in Peoria. The SS death index does not list a place of death for her. I only know that she was raised in Peoria and was living there as an adult. I will also call the Illinois State Library for a reel number.
