can anyone tell me how to get my records about me being adopted at st.francis hospital on nov.24th,1979.i really would like to know the addresss and the telephone number of the old courthouse to because i live in missouri and have no accesss to getting to peoria,ill.i am going to bear a child f my own feb.2,2000 and i also need to find out my medical background.so any help is greatly appreciated.
