    3. I am looking for information on the VOSS family. Edwin and Hazel Voss owned a bicycle and Motorcycle shop before the second WW. Hazel Voss' maiden name was Davison she was born on May 6 1896, and died on 5 Feb 1963. Her parents were William James Davison and Katherine May Lyman. Edwin was born in New York , and they lived at 509 New York Avenue I believe. They had three children, Marie, Edwin, and Robert I think, but that is all I know! Any clues! 3. Sandy, I bought my "Peoria King Schwinn" bike from the VOSS bicycle shop in the early 50s. Bill and ED were brothers who ran the place. The business name was VOSS BROTHER'S BICYCLE. I can still see the inside of the place. FYI both brothers were active in Peoria Shrine. They had jazzed up bikes with odd shaped (eccentric) wheels that they rode in the Shrine Clown group as keystone Cops, in the Shrine Parades. One was a unicycle. These are a few very vivid childhood recollections. I have no idea what kind of information Peoria Shrine has or is willing to give out. I"m sure that there is mention of the business in the Peoria City Directories (which are on film in Peo. Lib and also Library of Congress). Sorry I can't offer more. Hope this Helps Bill (PHS '57) At 06:16 AM 5/19/00 -0700, you wrote: >I am looking for information on the VOSS family. Edwin and Hazel Voss >owned a bicycle and Motorcycle shop before the second WW.
