Hi: Can somebody who will be going to the library in Peoria, check to see if there is any sign of the Holcomb family around 1827. I have a biography of Henry Hull, from Boone Co. Iowa, which states that Sophia Holcomb was born in Peoria in 1827. Ben or probably (Benjamin) Holcomb is her dad. The Hull family might be around too.
