Hi, Oakwood Manor was owned by Ray Becker and run by his brother Bill Becker, it was sold and is now Sharon Woods at 3311 N. Richwoods Blvd. Peoria, IL 61614. As to what records they may still have I am uncertain as they only have to keep then for 7 years. Penny
