Hi Everybody: Question: What info. is there for the area of Peoria, around 1827, give or take 10 years. I'm looking for info. on 2 families: HOLCOMB & HULL In a biography from Boone Co. Iowa, for HENRY W. HULL. It mentions that he married a SOPHIA HOLCOMB. And that she was born in Peoria in 1827. SOPHIA'S dad was HENRY W. HOLCOMB. HENRY'S dad is probably BEN HOLCOMB. These 2 families seem to have had a couple inter-family marriages. SOPHIA'S brother married SOPHIA'S daughter, the way it looks. Where would be the best place to go, if I drive down there??
