Samuel Ogden, born in England, in approximately 1819. Married Martha Cooper, who was born in Virginia in about 1833. They resided in Peoria, Illinois, in 1860 with their 2 children: Mary E. Ogden (born in IL about 1858) and Peter S. Ogden (born in Peoria, IL, about 1860). They then had a son, James W. Ogden, who was born in Peoria, IL, about 1862. In 1860, Samuel Ogden was a saloon keeper in Peoria. James married Etta Hedges in Peoria on November 18, 1893. They had several children: Hannah, Sue, Lou (female), Mabel, Fern, Edith (later married a Mikalski), and a son, Silas Lee or Lee Silas Ogden. Any leads? Thanks!
