there is one McKinney family located in Logan Twp during the 1860 census, that of Alfred (28) and Louisa (25) McKinney. He from PA, she born IL (she is a Proctor cousin of mine). kids are Mary (8), Nancy (4) and Charles (1). Mary would be the right age for Sarah Jane, but the name is, of course, not the same.
