William Booth is listed on the 1930 U.S. Federal Census, Illinois, Peoria Co., Peoria City (district 47). He is shown as a father-in-law living in the household of James T. Walford, age 56, b. IL, and his wife Mary J., age 51, b. England. William Booth is aged 75, widowed, born England. William and Mary are noted as having emigrated to the U.S. in 1884. The reason "MFB" could not find it is because he is listed in the index under Willian Booth (MFB - try being a bit less specific in your searches to get better results, I plugged in just "Wil*" and "Booth*" and found it). Ann, if you'd like a copy of this census page, send me your mailing address -- off-line! -- and I will mail it to you.
