Well, I just got done looking at the 1930 Illinois census for Peoria and it does not list a Hannah Booth that fits your description. Also Margt M Coughlin, student, renting at 222 Sherman av. There is also a listing for Mrs. Hannah B. Boothe, who owns a house at 306 Fredonia. She is not listed in the 1927 Directory. Neither listing for Wm. mentions an occupation nor a wife.
