Caroline The address you requested follows: Joann Thomas Peoria County Clerk Room 101 Courthouse Peoria IL 61602-1368 They charge $5 per certificate (cash or money order) But I doubt if you will get a marriage certificate back that far, tho they started recording mariages in 1825 in ILL. But I do not see why Peoria would have that. > >
