Hello again, Ok, I got the official word from Susan. Copyrighted items must be 75 years or older. Sometimes 60 or 65 years old can slide by, but after that it gets touchy. If they are recently published sources, there may be small amounts such as what you would use in a school book report. This would fall under the fair use section of the laws and is allowed.
