Dear Gail and all, This is the policy of USGenWeb. However, the Ogle County Genealogical Society does have a voice if it is their books that are being copied to the list. Since this has created such a panic, I have put the quetion to Susan, the head of IlGenWeb. It will be her call. I will let you know what she says when I get a response.
