There's one problem with this surname roll-call. It doesn't live very long. People who join the list usually don't go digging through the archives (or do they?), so the only people that we reach with this are the ones that are on the list now. May I suggest that everyone on this list go to the Ogle County surnames list on US GenWeb (http://www.rootsweb.com/~ilogle/surnames.htm) and register all your surnames on it.
