This mailing list just got started a few days back, so may take a while to get going. But if you have questions I direct you to the "Lookups and Researchers" page of my site. There you will find people who may be able to assist you. Good luck! Kathy http://www.rootsweb.com/~ilogle >> Wow, amazing...I just found out where my husband's great great grandfather came from - Ogle and there is a brand new mailing list. Maybe someone can help me! Lydia Delight FULLER was born in Rochelle, Ogle County on August 16, 1864. She was the daughter of Charles R. FULLER and Sarah COOK. Charles Fuller was born about 1842 in Bradford County, PA but at some time he emigrated to Ogle County, probably while still very young. He married Sarah COOK on August 17, 1862. He was a veteran of the Civil War, serving in Company H, 92nd Infantry, Illinois Volunteers. In the 1870's,after the civil war, he moved further west, eventually settling in Glen Edler, Mitchell County, Kansas. The Cook family moved on to Nebraska. If anyone out there can help me with the Fuller or Cook family while they lived in Ogle County, Illinois, I would be very grateful. It may be possible that Joseph ALLEN also lived in the Ogle County area because Lydia Fuller and Joseph Allen's son Ethan married in Kansas and both families came from Illinois about the same time. Thanks in advance for any help or advice! Mary Allen Roanoke, VA
