    3. The person who has spent time doing the family tree is a relative and shall remain nameless. I have a copy of "My Memoirs" written by my grandfather on my father's side, Earl R. WHITE 1890-1983. These were given to the grandchildren when he died. There is no copy right. In it, Grandpa says he was born in Lindenwood and relates many stories about growing up there. He is buried in the Lindenwood Cemetery. As I have said before, I will try to get time to post the names of the people he mentions. What I am looking for is information about his father's family. His father was William C. WHITE dob 1837. He moved with his parents from Lenox, NY to Lindenwood. William married an Annetta STRANG dod 1892 I know nothing of her family. My grandmother was Hazel RISEBOROUGH dod 1922. Her father was William. She had a brother named Purling. On the other side of the family, my mother's mother, Jesse Josephine THOMPSON, was also born in Lindenwood. Her parents were Inger Risting and Jacob THOMPSON from Stavanger, Norway. My mother's father was Royce Ralph KEESEE from Ellsworth IA. I don't know how they met. My mother remembers hearing that my grandmother Thompson's family tenent farmed of the Strang farm but we do not know if it was Anetta's family. Mom was really surprised that there could be a connection. So, as most of us have, I have many questions. I have information on descendants that I am willing to share. Linda rjarrell@mrtc.com
