I found a wonderful book at the library titled HISTORY OF OGLE COUNTY ILLINOIS..prominent men and early settlers..1878 Each township section contains short biographies and one-liners (the one liners ususally contain the persons name, their occupation, what section they lived on or owned and their town.)
