Hi List-- I was searching through the 1920-21 Rochelle Independent Newspaper today and skimmed over a little article and thought it was funny-- well maybe! It was informing the residents that Dog Licenses were due by July 1st 1920, then it continued to say that any dog without a license on by Oct 1st 1920 will be SHOT! Nothing like enforcing the law!
