I am searching for a Louisa Caroline Frost born circa 1857 - unsure of where or even exact date. She married my gg grandfather William May Chugg in 1886 in Tasmania, Australia (4th Feb to be precise). They had 11 children, one being my grandfather Victor William Chugg (b 18 Aug 1925 d 4 June 2002). It seems the Louisa I am searching for has appeared out of thin air, so I am chasing every avenue I can. If you can offer any assistance, it would be greatly appreciated. If not, thank you anyway!
