Va., died in Bellevue Hospital today of poison, said by police to have been taken with suicidal intent at the conclusion of a night of festivities. She was found dying in an upper West Side apartment. Her companion, Maria Giminaz, 21, a Cuban, was detained. N. A. Ryan to be Buried in Indiana Funeral services for N. A. Ryan, father of Mrs. H. J. Cook, Miss Verna Ryan and Charles Ryan, all living at 2123 West State street, who died Sunday night at his home near Muskegon, Mich., from heart disease, will be held Wednesday at Mishawaka, Ind. Burial will be in Mishawaka. Mr. Ryan was employed at the Hess & Hopkins Leather company when a resident of Rockford. He moved to Michigan two years ago. He was born in Grainger, Ind., 64 years ago. Resides the three children he leaves his wife. Youth Fractures Wrist at Play Joe Pratt, 1603 Elm street, aged 14 years, suffered a fractured wrist at noon today when he fell while playing at Ellis school. He was taken to Rockford hospital. Cancer Is Fatal to Gust Erickson Gust Erickson, 520 Kishwaukee street, died this afternoon at 1 o'clock in St. Anthony's hospital of cancer of the stomach. He was 65 years of age. He is survived by a son living in Milwaukee, Wis. Funeral services will be held Friday from Fred C. Olson's parlors. GEO.HOFFMAN ASKS REVIEW OF LAW SUIT George R. S. Hoffman today filed a petition in the state surpreme court at Springfield, asking for a writ of certiorari to review the action of the appelate court in affirming the judgment of the circuit court here in awarding his wife, Mrs. Lydia Hoffman, $75 a month alimony and $300 in solicitors fees in her separate maintanance suit. Three Mexicans Executed; Rebels (By Associated Press) Mexico City, May 13, - General Maycotte, a military commander of the De la Huerta rebellion, was executed at Pochutia, Oaxaca, yesterday, according to a report to the war department. His chief of staff, I covigilde Avilla, and Manuel Florea also were executed. INDICT DOPE SELLER (By Associated Press) Peoria, Ill., May 13. - A narcotic indictment containing 110 counts or separate charges was returned by a recalled federal jury in United States district court here today. The indictment was made against William ""Pussyfoot"" Johnson, Negro, alleged Galesburg dope peddler."
