I was at Lawnridge Cemetery today and asked about Flagg Center Cemetery. The guy there was not sure who was in charge of it now and said that the Township (Flagg) may have taken it over for upkeep, so you may want to write Flagg Township to see if they have an idea on the records and who the sexton is of it.
