Baileyville is at the intersection of Montague Road and Baileyville Road on the far northwestern corner of Ogle County. There is a cemetery in Stephenson County called Cranes Grove Cemetery located on Borchers Road and Baileyville Road that was the cemetery for many of the Baileyville residents.
