The book definitely states that Debbie died in Norbury Sanitarium - not any other name. As I said according to the bio of Dr. Norbury, his sanitarium did not exist at the date of her death. Additionally I have no means of accessing any newspapers or any other actual records at this time. As for a death certifiate, I have no idea where to apply for one - at the state level or somewhere else? THank you for your help.
