The URL for the IL Marriage Database is: http://www2.sos.state.il.us/cgi-bin/marriage Remember the "status page" isn't up-to-date, so search for your surname, it just might be added. How do we know? Shirley is one of the volunteers who enters these marriages into the database for IL State Archives.
