Il., and an area where they farmed became known as JOY PRAIRIE. I understand there was a protestant church and cemetery nearby this area also. I would appreciate the name of the nearest town, and if the name of the cemetery associtated with Joy Prairie and the Joy families. John Pickering Joy and his wife, Judith Pillsbury Batchelder Joy are amoung those buried in this cemetery. Many thanks in advance.
