Hello All! Well, the robins are back here in Upstate New York and so are the red winged blackbirds! The geese have been flying over for some time now and we finally saw our lawns two weeks ago. Overnight we expect 7-9 inches....spring will come, won't it?? I'm actually writing to see if anyone knows where I might locate records from 1888 for Anderson Funeral Home in Morgan County (Meredosia I think). I'm hoping their records would indicate where a person was buried. I got a copy of the death register for William Henry Hesencamp, died September 26, 1888. It states Anderson was the funeral director. Thanks for any help you can offer. Marie Butcher Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! Mail - More reliable, more storage, less spam
I am also interested to know if the original registers are available somewhere, and what additional information they may contain. I found my ggg-grandfather in 1865. If anyone knows, please chime in. I'm not sure if the year you are seeking is available, but there are two links for other ranges of years: 1840-1849: http://www.rootsweb.com/~ilmaga/morgan2/mc-fh_and1.html 1865-69: http://www.rootsweb.com/~ilmaga/morgan2/mc-fh_and3.html Gordon On Mar 15, 2004, at 7:26 PM, Marie Butcher wrote: > Hello All! > Well, the robins are back here in Upstate New York and so are the red > winged blackbirds!
