For some reason I am not able to open your attachments for the last week to 10 days. I am getting the message "OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail:ATT00140,eml, Meredossa Schools, eml" Can you help me? Mary Ellen Hicks

Do you have a firewall setup with your virus scan? Sometimes it will not let certain attachments through because it does not recognize it, and thinks it is a virus when it actually is not. I know that happens on mine sometimes, and sometimes a friend of mine does that as well. It could also be that the software that the attachments are coming from is not compatible with your software or format that it is in. That happens a lot with Photo Impressions, I can usually only open if it is in .jpg format. You might check out some of those things to see if it would solve your problem.
