    3. Reply to this message. I live in Spencer County, Indiana. Is there anything I can do to help here in this counyt? Unfortunately, there were about four pages where the names were missing. Does anybody know if there is a better copy anywhere? With my luck, one of those four pages is where my ancestor is. He's there on the 1830 census and has a daughter married in Morgan Co. in 1835, so he should be on the 1835 census. > > Also, is there a cemetery index for Morgan Co. cemeteries? He and his wife (Judah WRIGHT) came to Morgan Co. sometime after 1820 from Spencer Co., Indiana. In 1840 they are in Adams Co., ILL. They had at least six daughters and I only have the names of two. The daughter who was married in 1835 is Judith (Judah) ELLIS. She married James Henry FINCH. > > Any help would be appreciated. > > Marsha > > > ==== ILMORGAN Mailing List ==== > Find an ancestor's burial place! 3. Dorothy, Wow, I didn't expect this. Thank you. I'm not real sure what kind of records there are for Spencer Co. for the time period I need. Thomas & his family were there on the 1820 census. I have the census info. I believe their first three children were probably born there - from 1813-1823. I have no idea if they owned land or not. I also don't know if they were married there or moved there after they were married. Any suggestions?
