The BROWN family I am looking for immigrated from England...THOMAS BROWN and his wife ELIZABETH WILSON. They did have children including one that I can recall (without my notes) names CHARLES (b. about 1851). Census data from this period has ELIZABETH's brother, RICHARD WILSON living with the family...and in 1880, a nephew, THOMAS EDWARD WILSON...the person I was named after who happens to be my great grandfather (b. Aug 4, 1865 in Morgan County, Illinois)...my major brick wall is his parents ...his father is the brother of ELIZABETH and RICHARD. Close? Tom Wilson
