Is anybody at this site working on either surnames Palmer or Stark in the 1800's ? I ahve very little info on my Stark/Palmer. I have only what came off of their daughters marriage certificate. They are the paernts of Anna (Annie) Jane Stark who married Thomas Ambrose Wilkinson. Anna Jane Stark was born in New Berlin, Ill on December 25, 1871. Her parents were John (Milton) Stark born in Jacksonville and Mary J. Palmer born in New Berlin, Ill. Can anybody tell me anything helpful about these places or surnames that may give me a clue as to where to look next ? Judy [email protected]
