Her father, Albert RIGGS was born in New York (1852), mother Luvenia L. STILL (b. ??). I've seen the connection between RIGGS and GREEN(E) in the tombstones. Is there a possibility you show either Mary Elizabeth or Albert in your information. Maybe a sibling, cousin of your Cynthia? Or is there any tract back to New York? Thanks. Irvina
