I am searching for harrison fanning b. 1831 m. Millie Stigall and then Hannah/Elizabeth Sayre? Moved to Tarrant Co. TX with brother John A. Fannin(g) who married Rhoda Raiborne and helped to Raise her nephews and nieces in their 50's. All buried at Denton/Tarrant Co, TX county lines. Have some clues that their father may be Henry born in IL or VA. They are probably all of the VA-(TN)-IL-TX lines that lived mostly in Morgan Co., but not part of the main groups I've seen on line. They also wed in Fayette Co. and father may be from further north of Fayette and yet east from Morgan. There is a census record that could be him, and if so, there are brothers listed as well. Looking for anyone with clues to follow these families. Have Hanna's father and Rhoda's history a few generations if anyone is looking for it. ANY help on Fanning would be incredible. I am having a tough time with it and would love to even put heads together with someone of similar interests. Thank you all, Laurie -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] <[email protected]> To: [email protected] <[email protected]> Date: Tuesday, January 11, 2000 2:14 AM Subject: [ILMORGAN] Morken/Markham, Sutton/Sullivan, Dye >I am looking for information on my family that lived for quite some time in >Jacksonville, Morgan County, IL. > >This is what I have so far: > >WILLIAM MORKEN (also referenced as Markham or Morkena) born between 1849-1857 >probably in Ireland or England, but unsure.
