He was born in New York and I know that he had land in Morgan County, Illinois in 1839. I think his father's name was William and I am searching for his mother. He had many children and I am descended from his son Lewis that went to Kansas between 1870 and 1885. If you have any information on any members of this family, I'd love to hear from you.
