Hi.. James R. and William J. Tefft both served in the 101st Ill. Infantry during the Civil War. They are buried in Jacksonville East Cemetery. They are listed on the Civil War Monument as Tiff, and in the State of Illinois Honor Roll twice, once as Tiff, once as Tefft. Willis Teft served in the 33rd Ill. Infantry from Scott Co.
