Harrison, lifetime resident of Morgan county, passed away Tuesday evening at six o’clock, at the residence of Mrs. U. G. Moody on Hardin avenue. Mrs. Harrison’s death followed an extended illness. She was born near Sinclair on February 11, 1844. On January 5, 1870 she was unted in marriage with John Harrison, who passed away on May 1, 1897. She is survived by two sons, G. C. Harrison, Charleston, W. VA., and E. T. Harrison of this city. She also leaves on sister, Mrs. Louisa Crouse, Lowder. Mrs. Harrison was a member of Centenary M. E. church. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock, at the Williamson Funeral Home. Interment will be made in Ebenezer cemetery. Hannah Elizabeth Fox, second daughter of Thomas and Cynthia Ellen Fox, was born February 11, 1844, near Sinclair, Ill. She was united in marriage with John Harrison January 5, 1870. To this union were born three children, E. T. Harrison of Jacksonville, G. C. Harrison of Charleston, West Virginia, and Annie Louise, who died in infancy August 12, 1882. Mrs. Harrison resided in the Ebenezer neoghborhod (sic) for many years and was a member of the Ebenezer M. E. church until March 1, 1896, when the family moved to Sinclair. It was at this place that her husband died May 1, 1897. Mrs. Harrison moved to Jacksonville and united with Centenary M. E. church. She was a faithful attendant at all services as long as her health permitted. Besides her two sons she is survived by one sister, Mrs. Louisa Crouse, of Lowder, Ill.
