My ancestor, John Abbott landed at New Orleans around 1835 with his wife and children. They came up river to the Lynnville area where they bought land and settled down. The Episcopal Church records in Jacksonville incicate the baptism in November of 1843 of two children, Henry and Louisa Jane(Jane Louisa??) at Mound Meadow. I assume that Mound Meadow is in the Lynnville area and wonder if there might be a cemetery located in that area. Family records have a Henry born 1844 and Jane Frances born 1846. I wonder if the 1843 children were twins who died young. The family moved to the Naples area in the mid 1840's.Thanks, Donna
