I am helping a friend research the Jouett line. She too is a descendant of Felix. Felix was born in Kentucky and moved to Illinois. His father was Jack Jouett, III. His father was Capt. John (Jack) Jouett, Jr. His father was John Jouett. Captain Jack and his father both fought in the Revolutionary War. I still do not have actual evidence that Felix's father was Jack Jouett, but I am pretty sure he was. Have you found any information since your inquiry.
