And we are happy to announce that soon the 1860 Greene County IL Census will be online on the MAGA page with thanks to Allen Handling who has the database with permission granted from Greene Co. Gen. Society. The publication is available for purchase from Greene Co. Gen. Society. Also, the 1860 and 1870 Scott County IL Census are in the process of being transcribed. 1860 Scott will be soon, the 1870 Scott might take awhile, as yours truly is transcribing it and I am a much slower typist than Shirley. Eileen Gochanour is the contributor/publisher of these Census. So good time to keep track of the ILMAGA page, you never know what will be next.
