    3. Cathie, Perhaps you didn't see that this is Death Record - File #1? There are many more to come when time permits in what we call Death Records - File#2. There are many Brown's listed in File #2. Even then we do not promise to have each and every death filed in Morgan County, one should always check with the Courthouse to verify whether a record is on file. We have thousands of these death records and it will take time to get them all online. Have patience :-) Mary Ann At 08:43 PM 02/01/2000 -0700, you wrote: >Mary Ann, > >I took a look at the death records and found one person, but didn't >find several others who I know died in Morgan County between 1880 and >the 1920's. If the person that sent me the message will send me another message I will gladly answer. The question that you asked was about Mahoneys who were born in Sagamon County, IL. I think that there is a connection as I have Mahoney relation born in that County. Jim Ryan

    3. Thanks, Linda, I am looking forward to seeing your New Morgan page. And, yes, between the two Web pages, Morgan and surrounding Counties will certainly benefit as Shirley has endless resources available and a strong desire to get them online :-). Many thanks to her for sharing and for all her hard work. I have just upload the "B" surname to Some Morgan County IL Deaths. Go to Home page at: http://www.rootsweb.com/~ilmaga/index.htm and click on Death Records. And may I say, I just received a most appreciated note of appreciation from one of Morgan Subscribers, thanking us for all we have made available for researchers. What newspapers served the areas of Concord/Meredosia c. 1904, where I could check for notices of death? Ideas?! Suggestions?! Sincerely, Becky
