    3. Taylor Springs is alive and well just to the south of Hillsboro. Although way smaller than it was some years ago. If not for the color of the street signs you wouldn't know you left Hillsboro. Also to Chandra, The undertaker was Fred Welge. Decendants still live in the area. As for the records at the Montgomery County Courthouse. I have found them to be very cooperative in obtaining a copy of birth, death or marriage records. The books are available to look at any time. If you want you can make copies of the stuff recorded in the books at a cost of 25 cents per copy. If you want a copy of the actual marriage license, death certificate or birth record it does cost $10. Most death records in the books tells where the person was buried.
