There is a cemetery site on the net but I cannot access it due to the fact that I am on WEBTV. I have no computer. Put Montgomery County, Butler Grove Township Illinois in your SEARCH field and see what comes up. A great deal of info there. Children: 1. William Harper born 1836 died 1840 2. Laura Harper, born 1840 in Ohio. Married James Gray and they lived in Montgomery Co., Illinois. 3. Julia Harper born 1843 in Illinois and died 1848 4. Mary Harper, born 1848 in Mongtomgery Co., Illinois died 1849. 5. Mary F. Harper, born 1850 in Montgomery Co., Illinois 6. Harriet Harper, born 1852 died 1853 both in Montgomery Co., Illinois. The family is listed in 1860, 1870, 1880 in Butler Twp., Montgomery Co., Illinois. Possible home in Hillsboro, Montgomery Co., Illinois. Thank you.     3. Donna, I have the book "Semi-Centenarians of Butler Grove Township" written in 1878 by Rev. T. E. Spillman. There are short biographies of Charles Harper, M. D. and Harriet K. Harper. Also included is Alexander Gray. They do not have information on death or burial that you are looking for because the biographies were done from personal interviews. I will be glad to share these with you if you will email me privately. A map of Butler Grove Township lists the following cemteries: Cherry Grove, Ware's Grove, Montgomery Church Cemetery, Blooming Grove aka Butler Cemetery aka Wiley Cemetery.
