I find a Mary E. Kinder age 56 listed as head of house in S. Litchfield, IL. farmer paying $16. mo. rent. has two step sons living with her Cameron 21 and Harold F. 17 both Kinder. Says she was born Michigan , Her father was Canadian English and her mother from Pennsylvania. She was married @ 25, widowed and/or divorced. They live on a farm. also I find a Tilman Miller in the 1930 census living @ Shaws Point, Macoupin Co. b. Ind. age 81, father in law to George Jarman. His daughter Jessie had been married to a Brown along with two children Ruth Brown 16 and Dorothy Brown 17. For what it's worth, I don't know if any of this helps.
