Janet, I found aCharles William Row in the large cemetery in Litchfield. b-May-20-1873, d-Jan-11-1958 and Annie B. Row b-Jul-4-1884, d-Dec-30-1971. Maybe he had a second wife??? May not be him. I found the spelling Row and Rowe side by side. Linda
