Also, is the 1870 census transcribed. It appears as though my relatives might be on portions that are faded. I am hopeful that someone had a good copy and copied it. Good question, Bob. My experience with that 1870 census is that many pages are so black [on the microfilm] that page after page is entirely unreadable.
