Where did your Fannie POWERS WILBER come from? I had a Frances A. POWERS related (a cousin, I think) of my 2 great-grandfather, David A. BOOZE. David was an orphan living with cousins from infancy in Macoupin county. In the 1850 census, they were living with Milton EDWARDS and Esther POWERS EDWARDS. David was an heir to the estate of Thomas POWERS of Sandusky, Erie, Ohio. In 1861, Esther died and Milton made son-in-law George F. BOOSINGER guardian of David. I also have an Albert G. WILBER in Aurora who married into my mother's family, Julia McCollum about 1874 (marriage in Aurora, Kane county). Are there any coincidences here?
