Dear Elmer, This may not be of direct help re your specific questions, but recently I ordered and reviewed at LDS film of church and cemetery records from Montgomery Co. that included lots of info about Cress Hill Cemetery, including maps of the plots and who the lots were sold to, and many of the records were very early. Also, the church there had very early records of members and the formation of the church. Maybe this would be helpful. The church recs were film #1316514. Cem recs were film 1316518, with Cress being item 2.
