Connie, Yes, Hillsboro has a public library. It's at the corner of School St. and Rountree, across School St. south of Hardee's. Don't know about the website. They have a genealogy room with a new microfilm machine and printer. Phonebook says the address is 214 School St. Phone is 217-532-3055.............Hope this helps.
