> Helen, There are graves of Warren Augustus (Gus) Sammons (1896-1953) and his wife Marian Wilhelmina Busby Sammons (1897-1971) in the Ware's Grove Cemetery in Butler. I would imagine that their son Gerald (Jerry) is also now buried there (d. 1993). I am working on the Busby line, but do have a little more info on this particular Sammons branch. Let me know if it might be of help to you. Hi, Thanks so much for the surnames. The first I found was Gray. The oldest would be William and Matilda Gray. Donna

I am interested in the Allen Family (Robert B., Squire S. H. Allen wife Mary C. Tennis and Robert Bramlette Allen wife Nettie Louisa Driskell). They lived in Zanesville Township and that area. Thank you for any information. Sharon
Thank you for posting this. Please send me what ever you have on the EVANs family.
Donna, Do you have any dates on that William and Matilda GRAY. I think they could be related to my line. Thank you for your time. I am interested in the FLEMING family. Thanks a bunch. Donna
Does anyone know of the " Keeling Farm " in Walsh abutting Montgomery Co line near Sorento? This was owned by my ggrandfather Herman BISSELL around 1851-1853 . Some of it was public land prior to the purchase by Herman. The rest he bought from brother Gov. Wm BISSELL. In an undated letter about 1975, Mr Sanders related that a Joel YOUNG was its owner at that time. I would be happy to hear about the farm now. Robert Bissell in CA.
Thanks very much for posting those names. Robert.
Hello Group: Could you help me, please. I am sorta new in family searching. I would not rate myself a GOOD amateur person in genealogy; never-the-less, I am searching the WEBSTER surname. SAM WEBSTER and his two known sons: CHARLES and LEVERETT. Time period 1880-1900. If the Websters were in your county in this time period, I would be glad to hear about it. Thank you in advance for your help. Paul [email protected] Paul& Lois Pettyjohn

Sounds like so many of you want the list of surnames. I will post them but in chunks as I am babysitting my grandson this week-end. Be patient. If any of them belong to you just send me an email and next Fri night I can check the film again and send you the information. For any of you walking through any of the cemeteries in Montgomery Co. please keep a look out for Christopher HUHN (most of the HUHNs are at Wares Grove Cemetery) and any STENZIG people (believed they are in the Hillsboro area). Thanks Barb
There is a large cemetery at Sorento called Sunnyside and several others in the area. L. Collins
Hi List I have been trying several ways to get to Montgomery Co Genweb today. Clicking on IL list of counties and several other ways. Can any one tell me what is wrong?
