Jan: Is the former Methodist Episcopal Church old enough to have been around in 1850? I ask as my great grandparents were married by the Methodist minister May 7, 1850. Unfortunately, although the office of archives confirms Reverend William Cliff was the designated Methodist minister for Waterloo, nothing else is known of him or of his parish. Too bad, as apparently my Davis, Stone, Duvall, and Montgomery great grandparents were members of the parish. Merry Chrismas Tom Davis
